  • Both. Stanbroke offers dedicated Grass Fed, Grain Fed and Organic programs alongside our Wagyu and Angus ranges, giving buyers flexibility to source across multiple specifications from a single, integrated supplier.

  • All of our animals are born and raised on pasture — which is grass. Grass finished cattle remain in this natural environment, while others enter a carefully managed grain finishing program for at least 100 days, with diets of 60–70% wholesome Australian grain, complemented by hay and silage.

    This difference in finishing shapes flavour and eating experience. Grass fed beef reflects the pasture it was raised on, while grain finished beef develops higher marbling and a richer, more buttery flavour, delivering greater tenderness.

  • Animal welfare is our highest priority. Antibiotics are only used when necessary and prescribed by a veterinarian to protect the health and wellbeing of an animal. Certified Organic beef is raised without the use of antibiotics.
